The apartments are found in a beautiful setting near the beach with swimming pool and within a short walk from all the entertainment the Mojacar Beach has to offer. Mojacar Beach is never really overcrowded with tourists and has retained any unspoiled beaches. The apartment is located far enough away from the local entertainment so as not to be bothered by noise.

This new apartment can sleep 5-6 people it has two bedrooms - one double, one twin each with their own patio area with lovely scenic views. The lounge also has another patio area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine etc.

Mojacar Beach does not have any high rise buildings by law. Therefore the views all the way down to the sea are clear and plentiful. The villas are in an ideal location for walking to all the local amenities.

The facilities include a lovely shared swimming pool and tennis courts which are nearby. Along with all the local amenities of Mojacar Beach such as traditional Spanish bars and restaurants along with evening entertainment and tranquil walks along the peaceful beach walkways.

Local Amenities

Beaches - are located approximately 5 minutes walk from the villas. Mojacar beach is clean, safe and never overcrowded. There you will find all forms of entertainment such as water sports, bars, restaurants, shopping centre, night clubs, Flamenco dancing and much more. Also, if you drive a little further along the beach front you will come to wild deserted beaches where you can pass your time relaxing on your own private beach!

Turre village - Turre is the nearest local village, this is a traditional Spanish village, where some of the best restaurants can be found for serving traditional Andalusian cooking at very economical prices. Also Tapas are still served free in most places with your wine and beer.

Garrucha fishing port - a small local port where you can watch the boats come in laden with fresh fish.

Mini Hollywood, Cowboy Town - this is where many of the great Westerns were made (most of the Clint Eastwood films). The town is fully functional with great entertainment for children.

Cabo de Gata - one of the largest nature reserves in Spain, there you will find many species of wild birds, including Flamingos and various other wild animals.

Cleaning/Laundry for the villas
