These brand new luxury apartments are situated along the peaceful Vera beach front. A short distance to the local Spanish village of Garrucha. Enjoy relaxing in one of the local fresh fish restaurants watching the fishermen arrive with their daily catch. Many amenities are to be found in Garrucha, restaurants, bars, market and shops.

The apartments sleep four people having one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two. All apartments are furnished in good taste with pine units, marbled floors, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. As a welcome gesture your table is laid with a welcoming bottle of wine.

The apartments are designed around walkways and gardens with and abundance of flowers. This is a very peaceful location with no through traffic or dogs allowed it is ideal if you have children. There are restaurants, shops, bars and a bank all within the grounds.

The facilities consist of two large open-air swimming pools surrounded by gardens and a heated indoor swimming pool, which is covered by a glass dome. There is a fully equipped private gymnasium within the grounds.

Car hire is not necessary as you can be collected from the airport and escorted to the apartments at an additional cost. (Pta's 6,000 each way based on a car taking four people). If you do wish to hire a car this can be done through an independent company or us.

Local Amenities:

Beaches - 100m from the apartments is the award winning clean sandy beach. The beach trails out shallow for a long way before the water deepens which makes it safe for children. Approximately ten minutes drive from the apartments there is also a Naturist Beach for those who are interested!

Water Park - close by there is a water park with a large pool, slide and water shoots

Mojacar Beach - is located at a short drive from the apartments. This is a lively resort with all sorts of entertainment.

Cabrera village - this beautiful village has retained the traditional Moorish design. The village includes a small shop, which doubles as a bar! A pub and restaurant called Los Pastores; tennis courts, bowling greens and Cabrera Castle are all within easy reach. Horse riding stables where also weekly barbecues are held. The golf course is also within a short drive.

Turre village - Turre is a traditional Spanish village, where some of the best restaurants can be found for serving traditional Andalusian cooking at very economical prices. Also Tapas are still served free in most places with your wine and beer.

Cleaning/Laundry for the villas - Clean sheets and towels are available upon arrival. However should you require additional laundry and cleans you must contact the Villa Managers themselves, please find details on the Useful Links page.
